1. Enter Name of Profile: Enter a Name under which you would like to save the details.

2. Name: Enter the name for whom this reading is being done.

3. Date of Birth: Enter the date of your birth here.

4. Date of Birth: Enter the Month of your birth here.

5. Date of Birth: Enter the Year of your birth here.

6. Save Profile: Click on this button to save the above profile.

7. Back To Main: Click on this button to go back to the Input Screen.
